- Player Call ups (Trialists) are not allowed at Provincial Qualifying

- There must be at least one Coach on each team bench is who is fully certified with Soccer for Life Certification (as per Alberta Soccer Provincial Rules-U13 a minimum of Learn to Train). All Bench personnel (including Bench Parents) must have CPIC or Vulnerable Sector Check (recommended)
